Changes are taking place in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that impact energy efficiency, with reforms being implemented by governments that include electricity and fuel pricing increases and the launch of new energy efficiency programs. Since the early 2010s, the MENA region has witnessed a substantial decrease in government subsidies, particularly for electricity tariffs and fuel pricing. What are the impacts on MENAbusinesses and residents?  How can businesses best transform these changes into an opportunity to save costs? And how can regional government best prepare and encourage its residents to be more energy efficient? This webinar covers the MENA buildings, industrial and transportation sectors, presenting an overview of energy efficiency developments, as well as recommendations for businesses and policymakers. We will also be presenting a white paper on the same topic.

This webinar is organised by Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC).
